Zekrom is a dragon-type powerful Pokémon with electrical powers. Zekrom appears like a black humanoid-like dragon with fearsome wings, and an occasional blast of blue lightning usually announces the Pokémon’s arrival. Zekro appeared a few times in the anime, beginning with the first episode of Pokémon : Best Wishes, where the wild creature zapped Team Rocket in their attempt to steal Pikachu.
Its attack was so powerful that it rendered Pikachu unable to use his abilities. Zekrom has a Gen 5 legendary status, and it’s definitely the kind of Pokémon that no one would want to come across. Besides its few appearances, Zekrom is also mentioned several times across the series.

As for Ho-Oh's abilities, it is the only Pokémon known to wield the power of resurrection or restoration. The fire-type Pokémon can revive any Pokémon and even use a devastating fire attack called the Sacred Fire. Known as the Trio Master of the Legendary Birds, this powerful Pokémon is a Gen-II psychic-flying type mythical creature with a massive dragon-like body. This legendary Pokémon first appeared in the second movie of the anime franchise, and due to its overwhelming powers, it prefers to keep to the depths of the ocean in solitude. Lugia is a force to be reckoned with, as with a single flap of its majestic wings, it can create violent storms.
Even though the guardian of the sea is a good-natured beast, it can unleash chaos against those who mean to harm the creatures of the sea with its devastating powers of controlling the sea. Apart from its water-based abilities, Lugia can also communicate with humans telepathically, establishing itself as an intelligent being like MewTwo.

Celebi may not be as big as Lugia, but it’s a mythical psychic-grass type Pokémon with innate abilities on par with any other powerful legendary Pokémon. The grass pixie-like Pokémon is first introduced in the fourth Pokémon movie, where it is running from a reputed Pokémon hunter who wants to enslave Celebi into doing his bidding.
Celebi is the only Pokémon with time-traveling abilities besides the time deity. What Celebi doesn’t have in strength, size, or offensive moves, it makes up with its ability to not only travel to the past, present, and future but also take other people and Pokémon with it. This sprite-like Pokémon can also heal, boost plantation, and fly.

On the other hand, Dialga is also a god-like being with control over time. Its undeniable abilities allow Dialga to manipulate time, including freezing or even altering it. Even with their destructive powers, Palkia and Dialgia never seem to see eye to eye, and their confrontation once even leveled a whole town.

This gigantic ghost-dragon-type Pokémon has unfathomable capabilities that have an affinity for causing destruction.
This is precisely the reason why Giratina was banished to the Distortion World because of its uncontrollable rage. The psychic-type Pokémon can be considered an enhanced version of Mew with higher intelligence and more battle-ready instincts. 1 Arceus

Arceus sits at the top of the power pyramid and is considered the closest thing to a god to Pokémon. This heavenly creature has a multitude of abilities that transcend any Pokémon, even the legendary ones. When Arceus was born, it brought with it antimatter, time, and space, thus creating the Creation Trio. It’s considered one of the oldest Pokémon and the one to create the Sinnoh/Ransei Regions.
